This case is a good example of the difficult situations that European companies and inventors often face in Northern America”.
“I invented and patented a whisk, which is now commonly known as the Delbor whisk. As an independent inventor operating with my own money I had almost no chance of fighting against the manufacturer or sellers’”. “With Anadeus assisting me, I get the financial resources as well as legal and negotiations support. It is of great value that this possibility finally exists and I consider Anadeus to be the incitement to allow the innovation industry to evolve and expand.” says the Swedish inventor.
Anadeus is a licensing company acquiring patents and implementing licensing & enforcement campaigns together with patent holders.
